Russian filmmaker of Kabardian descent. Born in Nalchik in 1985. In 2010 enrolled in the workshop for directors for film and television run by A. Sokurov at Kabardino-Balkaria State University. He made a number of study projects, which participated in national and international festivals. After graduation worked at the Kabardino-Balkaria branch of the Russian State Radio and Television Company (VGTRK) as radio director.
