Dies beleuchtet die vorliegende Untersuchung, wobei in erster Linie die produktbezogene Umweltschadenshaftung fur chemische Stoffe und Pflanzenschutzmittel in den Blick genommen wird. Angesprochen ist damit die Fragestellung, ob und ggf. unter welchen Voraussetzungen der Hersteller, Vertreiber und Anwender einer Chemikalie oder eines Pflanzenschutzmittels fur Umweltschadensfalle haftet, die aus der Verwendung des Stoffes resultieren.
