Melty Blood Act Cadenza Ver. B is an arcade port of Melty Blood Act Cadenza with various changes and upgrades, the most notable of which is the inclusion of White Len as a playable character, with a significantly weakened moveset. It also introduced a fifth button that served as a contextual action depending on the situation and the direction held on the joystick when pressed, such as dodging or throwing. This version can be identified by a dual silhouette of Len and White Len in the logo and the phrase "Through the Looking-Glass, Northern Light transparently".

Melty Blood follows one year after Tsukihime and some days after of Kagetsu Tohya. Whilst searching for the murderer he meets Sion Eltnam Atlasia who initiates a fight with him, attempting to capture him. After the fight she reveals that her reason for trying to capture him is to get in contact with the "True Ancestor" (referring to Arcueid) so that she may acquire information on the "cure for vampirism". Shiki then decides to help her with this task.
Melty Blood Actress Again, is the third game in the Melty Blood fighting game series. It was released in the 4Q 2008 on Sega Naomi hardware. Compared to Act Cadenza, the game features three entirely new playable characters, as well as several new alternate versions of existing characters in the PS2 version. All characters now feature selection between three different fighting styles, known as Full Moon Style, Crescent Moon Style (most similar to Act Cadenza) and Half Moon Style, which changes not only the way in which life and Magic Circuit meters function, but also each characters' basic and special attacks.

The first couple of PC releases had adventure style stories with branches and multiple number of endings and a secondary story in arcade mode. Later versions only have the arcade mode, but they have many more characters.

The Arcade mode has the same story as Actress Again, with the addition of new stories for characters new to Current Code (Powered Ciel and Archetype-Earth), duo characters who were without one (Neco & Mech and Kohaku & Mech), and Riesbyfe Stridberg, who gained an unlockable alternative route.

The next installment in the Under Night In-Birth 2D fighting game saga is coming to North America. Developed by acclaimed 2D fighting game studio French Bread, Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[cl-r] will feature a new playable character and updates to the game which include nearly a thousand balance changes and new moves. A demo of the game will be available at special events.
Under Night In-Birth is a visual novel and 2D fighting game co-developed by Ecole Software and French-Bread, known for the Melty Blood series. It features a brand new cast of characters and a story that spins around modern fantasy. Sega released the arcade version in Japan on September 20, 2012. A major revision of the arcade version, entitled Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late, was released on September 9, 2013. It was announced by Famitsu that Arc System Works would release the game for PlayStation 3 on July 24, 2014 in Japan. A 2015 release for North America and Europe was later announced. The North American release date, which is set for March 31, 2015, was revealed on the GameStop website. However, Aksys Games revealed the true release date for the upcoming fighter Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late, they said that the game will be releasing on February 24, 2015 for the PlayStation 3, as well as confirmed there won't be an English dub in Western releases. Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late was released on Steam for Microsoft Windows systems on July 12, 2016.
