Microsoft Mahjong (formerly Mahjong Titans and Taipei) is a computer game version of mahjong solitaire published by Microsoft. The version titled Mahjong Titans was developed by Oberon Games and included in Windows Vista and Windows 7 (except Starter and Home Basic editions). It takes advantage of the new graphical user interface (GUI) of Windows Vista, and includes features such as tile set and background choices. (In Windows Vista build 5219, the game was known as Shanghai Solitaire.) The game did not make it to Windows 8; however, a standalone version, developed by Arkadium and published by Microsoft Studios, can be downloaded from the Windows Store free of charge. An older version of the game was known as Taipei and was bundled in Microsoft Entertainment Pack 1 and Best of Microsoft Entertainment Pack. That version included 32767 possible configurations.

Yoshimoto Mahjong Club is a comedy-themed mahjong game featuring 26 real-life comedians from talent agency Yoshimoto Kogyo, based on a TV show that ran on SUN-TV between 1997 and 1999. The featured stars are all represented both in live-action video clips and fully-3D in-game models, including voice clips of their signature quips. There is a standard free battle mode, as well as a tournament mode with 16 different titles to win. Winning tournaments will earn money, which is needed to enter and participate in the more advanced tournaments. The PlayStation Deluxe version adds a video gallery mode but is otherwise the same game.
Pro Mahjong Kiwame is a Super Famicom mahjong game from Athena and the first of their Pro Mahjong Kiwame series, which would go on to have many sequels for various systems (including Pro Mahjong Kiwame GB for Game Boy). The game is touted as a serious mahjong game, requiring a certain level of skill from its players. Unlike many early video game mahjong games, the game allows for the full four participant experience rather than the truncated one-on-one set-up.
