Oi comes from up country to work in a fabrics producing factory. She gets to know a middle age lady named Jan whom she loves as her mother. Rungson, the plant manager, is very fond of Oi, so he moves her to work in the factory office. Jan wins the Queen of Factory, but soon she gets sick from tuberculosis, but the factory management just ignores her, so Oi has to take care of Jan.
