Bumbling simpleton Young-gu is back, this time he enlists in the military and joins the special forces to take on an enemy robot.
A fox and a raccoon are thrown out of heaven for their sins and land in Young-gu's village. The fox and the raccoon fight viciously all night because only one of them can return to heaven alive. But the raccoon is outwitted by the fox and is injured severely. The raccoon, now transformed into a pretty young woman, is found unconscious in front of Young-gu's house. Young-gu's parents take her in as Young-gu's bride. But the fox has turned into a Hong Kong Granny Ghost and is killing children to drink their blood and eating their livers. Young-gu and the raccoon team up to fight the fox and the fox finally is killed when a lightening strikes its tail s only weak point. The raccoon bids farewell to Young-gu and ascends to heaven on a rope.
Aliens from Andromeda and the wicked mad scientist, Dr. Zero, come to Korea and take the locals of Korea, so they could be used in experiments. Young-gu hides in a cave during a game of hide-and-seek. There he finds a humongous dinosaur egg, which soon hatches. The baby dinosaur, Dinosaur Zzu Zzu, wanders around and is saved by Young-gu. They become fast friends. Running from the police and thieves who are after the dinosaur, the two friends hide in a cave but are soon found out and captured. At that time, Zzu Zzu's mom comes to Seoul to find her baby. Chaos and mayhem ensues and the army is sent out to stop the dinosaur. A tremendous battle between the Zzu Zzu's mom and the army takes place and although she rescues Zzu Zzu and Young-gu from the thieves, she is killed by air force's missile. Despite Young-gu's pleas to stop, the police shoot at Zzu Zzu. Zzu Zzu saves her own life by faking her death.
