Women have been lured to Edgar's white slave market somewhere in the Amazon jungle of Brazil with promises of work. Edgar and his bisexual partner keep the girls in a corral and bring them into Edgar's Dionysian parties when customers come to peruse the merchandise. Edgar's nephew has fallen for one of the trapped girls and helps the girls make an escape. They escape into the jungle and use their "talents" to survive the jungle and the men who pursue them, while dealing with the tribulations associated with a wild gang of women.

After robbing and massacring a village, the head of the gang of bandits, Captain Jagunço, kidnaps Flô, Mayor Cisso's wife and and torture her. Chased by stubborn Lieutenant Lazarus, the group drifts off to Colonel Soares' farm. Cisso tries to get his wife back, but is beaten. He refuses to join Lieutenant Lazarus' class, saying his fight is his honor. Soon Flo and Jagunço fall for each other and she becomes a gang member. Finally, Lazarus attacks the farm and Jagunço and Flo run away. This awaits the bandit in Monte Santo for the final confrontation.
In a small town in the interior of São Paulo, everyone lives happily: Tinoco and his fiancée Joana, Pirulito and Nhá Barbina. One day, the men in charge of opening a railroad arrive and, with them, trouble. Paulo, one of the engineers, tries to get Joana away from Tinoco. Tinoco is accused of stealing the workers' money and is arrested. Tonico pressures the delegate to investigate the case so that Tinoco can prove his innocence.

The gang is then dismantled, and the girls go to prison to answer for their crimes.
