Iván Berend works with all his skills in the coal mine he inherited from his father. Fate brings him to fall in love with the beautiful Evila, the daughter of one of the miners. In a fourth, hopeful and exciting plot, a young amateur bullfighter has a plan to sneak into the ring and fight a bull, hoping for public acclaim for his feat of bravery.
