Utaban was a long-running Japanese music variety show, broadcast weekly from October 15, 1996 until March 23, 2010 on TBS. The name of the show is an abbreviation of "uta bangumi", meaning "music program". A special version of the show, running for two hours, was occasionally aired under the name Tokuban, an abbreviation of "tokubetsu bangumi", meaning "special program". The show's theme song, played during the opening sequence and closing credits, was "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'" by Nancy Sinatra.
Hello! Morning (ハロー！モーニング) is a weekly television show starring the lead Hello! Project group Morning Musume (although originally, all Hello! Project members were featured). It has aired 11:30 to 12:30 Sundays on TV Tokyo. It has been on the air from April 2000 until April 2007. The name of the show is often abbreviated as ハロモニ (Haromoni). The last episode of Hello! Morning was aired April 1st, 2007 after 354 episodes. The show was replaced with a new show called Haromoni@, which is somewhat shorter and has a different concept.
65 million years ago, the knights of the Ryusoul Tribe were selected to participate in a war campaign against the dictating Druidon Tribe who sought to rule Earth. But the Druidon's war campaign was halted by the meteor that brought the age of the dinosaurs to an end, forcing them to flee into space. Meanwhile, the Kishiryu were placed in a deep sleep as a failsafe should the Druidon return. The chosen knights choose to live in peace while passing their mantle down across generations. In the present day, the Druidon return to reclaim Earth as the current generation of knights, the Ryusoulgers, battle them with the support of Ui Tatsui and her father Naohisa Tatsui.
Yorosen! (よろセン!; I am cool teacher, a slang shortening of Yoroshiku sensei!) was a late-night daily Japanese education TV program featuring Hello! Project members as teacher and students. It aired on TV Tokyo from October 6, 2008 to March 27, 2009 (weekdays only) with a running time of about 7 minutes. Yorosen! was the replacement for Berikyuu!, and was later itself replaced by Bijo Houdan. Yorosen! showcased the 3 main groups of Hello! Project: Morning Musume., Berryz Koubou, and ℃-ute. Each episode ended with a segment by Mano Erina.
The Ed Sullivan Show is an American TV variety show that originally ran on CBS from Sunday June 20, 1948 to Sunday June 6, 1971, and was hosted by New York entertainment columnist Ed Sullivan. It was replaced in September 1971 by the CBS Sunday Night Movie, which ran only one season and was eventually replaced by other shows.
