Seat customers, take their orders, prep ingredients across grill, fryer, and assembly stations, and serve meals before patience runs thin. You're understaffed and the door keeps opening.</p><h2 class="bb_tag" >But the real job isn't cooking.</h2><p class="bb_paragraph" >Your regulars are creatures of habit. Learn their faces, their quirks, their tells.
