Enarian: Orbital Command
<p class="bb_paragraph" >Congratulations on your graduation from command school, but now you face a problem. No one is going to hire a green, rookie commander, to a permanent position on one of their stations... <br><br>Its time to get some experience under your belt and begin building a name for yourself. Fortunately you have inherited a derelict mining station, its not much but its a start. There are also plenty of corporations and even pirate factions that will employ you in the short term take charge of a situation, where no better alternative is available. <br><br>In an RTS/RPG Hybrid, you take command from your own ship to lead wings of fighters, bombers, destroyers and even powerful capital ships against enemy forces. <br><br>Based out of a long forgotten outpost hidden inside an asteroid field, build up a fleet of mining and salvage ships to provide you with the resources you will require, build new and more powerful ships and assign a small fleet to defend your base against incursions by pirates. <br><br> Rescue additional pilots to take control of up to 4 additional wings. Each pilot can be equipped, upgraded and will then accompany you on contracts providing much needed support and special abilities. Set individual tasks for them or bring everyone together in a single fleet. <br><br>Take a look at the job board for available contracts:</p><ul class="bb_ul"><li><p class="bb_paragraph" >Defence - A incoming threat to a station must be addressed, defend the station until the threat is dealt with.</p></li><li><p class="bb_paragraph" >Recovery - Valuable cargo has been stolen and tracked to a location, destroy any enemies present and recover the cargo.</p></li><li><p class="bb_paragraph" >Repair - Following an attack, the station is barely holding together, get in their and repair it whilst fending off attacks.</p></li><li><p class="bb_paragraph" >Assault - A fleet is forming up to attack a nearby station, get in there and destroy them before they can gather their full strength.</p></li><li><p class="bb_paragraph" >Colossus - A relic of enormous size and power, it must be destroyed before it can be fully repaired and turned on the star system.</p></li></ul><ul class="bb_ul"><li><p class="bb_paragraph" >Espionage - Corporate secrets have been leaked, fly to the station and hack its server to recover the data. </p></li></ul><p class="bb_paragraph" >Killing enemy ships and completing contracts grants experience, resources and loot, equip looted systems into your own ship to enhance its power and even recover new ship hulls, unlocking more weapons and utility slots as well as more powerful shields and armour. Or share the spoils with your companions and take on harder contracts for bigger rewards. <br><br>This is your chance, all you have to to is take it!</p>
