Black Emperor Runaway Legend Shimokitazawa General Headquarters

1972. Kenji Ebisawa, a martial arts boy who wished to become stronger, could not enter the runaway tribe. However, following a certain incident, Kenji transforms and becomes part of the runaway tribe.
